Phone Repair

Has any body attempted to have their phone repaired by O2? The process seems to be problematic .....I sent my phone away and they couldn't repair it so are going to give me a new on ( great I thought! ) the only problem is that they don't have one to send me so I'm stuck in limbo with no phone, paying a bill and no one at the repair centre able to give me any indication when I may get one............very bad customer service imho.

Search the forum and you will find many issues with O2 repairers.
Keep on to CS about your replacement phone, if they don't have the exact same model they should offer you something of similar value and spec.
