O2 is not able to Unlock Sony Xperia S

After 12 months of purchase of my Sony Xperia S, I have requested O2 to unlock my phone on 24th April. O2 has taken request and money has been deducted immediately but till I didnot get any response from O2 on unlock code. Followed up multiple times, alwasy getting response from customer care saying that wait for 2 more days... Donno when it would be unlocked. 😞

how did you request the unlock? If it was through live chat I'd ring CS and get it requested again.

I had to get on their case over 6 time and waited over 8 weeks to eventually recieve my unlatch code.

Persistance is the key unfortuntely.

I've unlocked 3 x Samsung phones for free. Last code received within a week.

Still O2 is not able to unlock my phone, followed up atleast 10 times, waited for 10 weeks. Everytime they are saying its been escalted, you will receive the unlock code soon... but initial promise was like it would be done within 7days... bit frustrating...
