O2 Phone Repairs?

Was wondering if O2 offer a repair service to fix broken screens?

I droppped my phone and chipped the corner so i've got a little fracture forming at the bottom of my phone.

Can't seem to find anywhere on the O2 site that mentions repairing of phones.

Is repairing phones something O2 does?

Hi @Philipdharris1 O2 do repairs via a company called Anova....but sadly they don't have a very good reputation and will probably charge over the odds. Your phone could also be away for a long time.  You may want to check out the manufacturers prices for screen repair. Also check any insurance you might have. Some cover for broken screens. If it's out of warranty then have a look at any other reputable repairers via google etc...

@Philipdharris1  O2's phone repair service leaves much to be desired. Do a search on the forum and you will find a litany of complaints. Best bet is to contact the manufacturer of your phone for repair.

Make sure wherever you take is an authorised repair centre for you manufacturer, that way the warranty will be preserved in case of any future issues.

They have a premium insurance add-on which covers issues as such. I don't know exactly how they run it... Some do door to door swap (broken for new) but from the sounds of it o2 only deal with refurbished phones with regards to replacements/repairs, which seems a little cheap but whatever works just works I guess. You should try the manufacturer if no premium insurance was taken with your handset..
