Everytime I try and send a multimedia message it keeps saying not supported by network and fails to send, how can I change this

You may have a spend cap preventing them or no mobile data turned on?

Check your spend cap is not set to zero.

MMS are chargable on O2.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
