I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S8. When I connect to o2 wifi the internet does not work. I had to download Firefox and navigate to the o2 wifi homepage each time and click 'connect'. Today it did not work. Google Chrome and Samsung Internet do nto work at all.
In 'My o2' I can see that my new device has been registered..
Please advise.

You'll need to call customer service to remove the Mac address of your old phone from your account.
