Can't activate eSim
Just recently got a new device, it's supposed to be an eSim. I have my old device and when it asks to use my old device to scan the code on my new one it doesn't work.
I didn't get an eSim pack to scan a QR code on the new device.
Can you help me activate it please.
I have checked My O2 and the Install My Sim section and it just has this

You need to ask O2 to push a new esim to your MyO2 or go in store with photo ID.
