I'm trying to claim the 6 months free offer for Amazon Prime I got with my contract but it's telling me my account doesn't get this? What am I supposed to do now?

I've not had any texts or emails from o2 to even say it's been delayed - I got the phone ordered to the store as I work in the town centre so it made more sense. The most they've given me is £10 credit and got it escalated but even then I still haven...
