Pre-ordered Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold on 13th August and still no update.

I've not had any texts or emails from o2 to even say it's been delayed - I got the phone ordered to the store as I work in the town centre so it made more sense. The most they've given me is £10 credit and got it escalated but even then I still haven't heard anything. The days feel like they're dragging because i'm waiting for this. I've been waiting since December to upgrade because I wanted to see what Google would release and feel a bit mugged off because I could have saved the £68 I paid upfront and just upgraded at the end of the month.
