Hi all, advice welcome, please and thank you! I've been with O2 and its previous identities for over 30 years now but android technology is leaving me behind  I have a Huawei handset on Pay Monthly contract (a 'Custom' monthly charge of around £15)....

Hi Community! Do O2 insist that we increase our monthly tariff to obtain a free phone upgrade? I've been with the company for over 25 years but my phone usage is minimal and my monthly contract is just right for me. Thanks
