Hello,
I am a new customer who has just joined O2 monthly contract and am a customer for virgin media broadband aswell. I did not realise the tremendous benefits which could be available when these two packages are paired together. Before becoming an O2 customer I was not aware that your data could be doubled. I am still in the 14 day period of moving across and wondered whether instead of my 100MB internet plan could be decreased to 40MB meaning that when the volt benefits are applied it will be 80MB? I have already received the O2 sim and activated this, can the data allowance be changed remotely or would I need a new sim for the 40Gb data? This would be much better as I would have a lower direct debit overall if possible?
