Hi. I have an o2 SIM via my Virgin Media account. I'v enever used it as initially it was sold to me as a way to bring down my Virgin bill. I already had a mobile provider (iD mobile). I now want to start using the o2 SIM i've ben paying monthly for (been meaning to sort it out for months) and make it my main contract. The SIM I have does not appear to be live, maybe it's expired after not ever being used. Please can you send me a replacement SIM or help me activate this one? Thanks.

Pop into an o2 Shop with the SIM and your phone and some photo id, see what they can do to resuscitate their SIM. Good luck, @AirThatUBreath
