Hi there, I had opted in for 3 months free Disney+ when I renewed my contract with you recently. I discontinued it today. Had forgotten to go it sooner. I did not use the Disney + the past few months at all since I have been paying for it. I request you to please reimburse the amounts I have paid it for this subscription so far. Thank you

It's unlikely you'll get a refund, but, This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
