Assume its PAYG
You need to make a chargeable activity or top up at least once every 6 months.
Personally, I would make a short call to stay on the safe side, whatever O2 say.
It's becoming obvious they want rid of some PAYG
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
