I am on an O2 contract as lost my iphone on the train last week. Today I retrieved from EMR as lost property. Last week when the phone was still lost i went into an O2 shop and requested the sim to be locked as a security measure.
How can I now get my sim unlocked, do I need to back to the O2 shop with ID or is there another way?

You will need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 and speak to customer services and they should be able to do that for you.
You might need a new sim card though, so it might also be a good idea to visit the shop with Photo ID to get a new sim card..
