Solved: swap virgin mobile sim to esim

I was with virgin mobile and migrated to O2. I would like to swap my sim to esim. O2 swaping service asking for 13 digite sim number but the virgin mbile sim number have only 12 digit and it is not accepting. Anyone have the similar situation and any advice?
