I transferred my old number to my new o2 sim last Wednesday and it still hasn't transferred to my new sim. My old sim doesn't have any signal. I need this number for my work multi factor authentication. I have tried turning on and off my phone multiple times and it hasn't worked. I also tried to contact customer service about this but no answer and it rings out after 30 minutes
