new upgrade will not connect to network

just upgraded to iphone 11 with new sim (online) Phone will not connect to network - after 24hours . old phone still making and receiving calls and texts. New phone nothing! Any ideas before going in to O2 shop?

Use your old SIM.

Your contract has already been updated on it.

But if you need to use new SIM, do a SIM swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Thank you - so simple.

 

Because they sent a new sim I assumed to use that. I have spent hours doing diagnostics online !!!!!
