I have chosen Disney + as my extra. Free for six months and £2 off your monthly bill then £5.99 per month BUT I have signed up, have a Disney+ account, given my bank details for DD (assuming this is for after the 6 month free trial) but no change on My O2 .
How do I check this has all gone as it should have? I do not want to pay £5.99 per month during the 6 month free period plus supposed to have £2 off your bill every month for 6 months also.
Please help and advise or I will just cancel it all as I cannot find any help online. Regards

If you took Disney+ free for six months then you as long as you followed the process in myo2 then you will not be charges.

If you have the free offer then there is no discount on your bill, that only applies to existing customers who dont want / cant upgrade to a plan, and have the £5.99 charged to their bill.
You can login to disneyplus.com and check under account settings it will show the following

I've signed in the mistaken belief it would be free but find I will be getting charged £5.99 a month.
There is absolutely nothing on Disney+ I want to watch and certainly don't want to pay £5.99 a month, how do I cancel it?
My Disney+ subscription has been in place for less than 24 hours at this stage
