my 02 app isnt working can i use another e mail to register again?

You will need O2 to apply the new e-mail address to your phone's MyO2 account, @surtigal78 - best way is to get Social Media Team help, link below has the ways. It make take a few nudges over 2 or 3 days to get an agent who will work with you, though. Good luck!
