i have o2 account with 4 different sim only plan . 4th Aug i have contacted O2 regarding one of my number to freeze and bar to another number because i lost my phone since then one of mobile number which i called to freeze its stop working completely my account is not accessible so i can not get physical sim. it all most 10 days still i m without my number which they can not figure it out i m keep calling them every single day when i wake up but no luck one the worst service ever i have seen in my life there no management there in no reference number when you call so every time you call them you have to repeat whole store again now i m completely fed up with their service. very poor service
please give me any suggestion
