keeping old number

Good morning,

I have recently changed to O2 and I asked to keep my old vodafone number. After introducing the PAC code how long does it normally take to port my old number?

You should get a message from o2 confirming the date of the move @JB11 

If you have not had that then the move won't happen.

It normally takes up to 24 hours for the move to complete, but generally it is quicker than that.
