Hi I have been trying all sorts of ways to swap the e SIM from the old iPhone 13 pro max to the new iPhone 15 pro max that i got for christmas.

I am overseas on holiday so not able to just walk into an O2 shop

I tried the apple swap but that givers a message to contact O2.

I tired the swap sim on the O2 web page, but that just hangs and doesn't work.

I tried sending an SMS SWAP but that isnt working either.

I tired calling the customer support, but after waiting and going to the selection for other issues 3 i wiat and just get cut off.

Anyone out there know how to swap it over please?

Thank you

It will depend on it you have been moved to the new billing system or not.

If you connect to My O2 on the new phone via WiFi. Then use the swap SIM function with the following settings

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thank you for the suggestion, you think that would work right, but it just jumps to a page that says sorry it looks like your lost.

Then you may well be on the old billing system.

The only people we have seen change and activiate eSIMs when abroad have been on the new system

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@DJP2

As @Enlli has concluded that you are not on the new billing system, you will need to contact Customer Service to deal with this on your behalf :-
