Hi, moved over from EE and I have tried everything possible to get the iMessage & FaceTime working, also can’t get messages from banks etc.

spoke to O2 and no help as they are saying it’s fine on their side. It’s obviously not as I can put in any other SIM card and it works fine within seconds 🧐

I may need to cancel if this isn’t resolved asap!

@DC1984

You need to allow a few days for it all to come online.

There's lots of similar issues on here that resolve themselves after a few days.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Thanks for the tag @Cleoriff

@DC1984 This does usually resolve on it's own but I will send you a private message so we can check your account.
