Solved: finger print lock disapered also pin lock will not...

my phone did an update and my finger print lock disappeared. pin lock will not work either.

also tried to unlock with find my mobile and nothing works. only had the phone about 10 days

Try a factory reset first and if no luck, contact O2 for a return.
