eSIM activation

Hello, 

 

I am an existing 02 customer who switched to a sim only deal last night, still with 02. This was done via an eSIM. I was told to wait for the swap to go through and then log on to my 02 to download it. However, not the swap has gone through, I have no mobile signal on this sim so I’m unable to receive the security code to log on to my 02 to be able to swap and I’m unable to call customer services.

 

Can anyone help please? Thank you
