Resolved! My SIM card hasn’t activated

My SIM card has not activated its nearly been 24 hours but the problem is that I did have 4G and signal it’s just my phone wouldn’t ring but now I don’t have any service at all

WiFi Signal

My WiFi signal keeps dropping every few seconds. My tablet doesn't do this. How can I establish if it's my phone, or my wifi? It's driving me mad.
