My contract included WiFi calling but when I try to turn it on on the mobile I get the message "Contact O2"
Can you help please as I really need this. service - my 3G/4G signal at home is very poor

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2 to enable it for you.
