My mobile data has been unusable around my house and surrounding neighbourhood for over 8 months. I cannot play pokemon go on significant chunks of my daily walks any more, or listen to anything on Spotify unless I download it on wifi beforehand. When my internet has dropped out during my workday, I have not been able to hot-spot or use mobile data to keep working and I've had to relocate to somewhere with free public WiFi.
I get pockets of signal around town but the Kingfisher Shopping Centre is also a dead zone.
Is this issue ever going to be fixed? I don't want to have to change provider, but I need reliable coverage, especially in my local area.

Unfortunately o2 don't seem to be keeping up with the new volumes of traffic, so there are issues with signal and data in a large number of areas.
