I have been waiting for my old number from ee to get ported over to O2 since June. This includes three store visits, about 15 conversations with their service teams who promise to solve in 5-10 working days every time. I am not sure what else to do - I am unable to access my portfolios, several OTPs are being sent to my old number etc etc. Case still not closed. EE does not issue a new PAC code, since the number has already been claimed by O2.

I am desperate, I have had the old number for 20+ years, meaning that my number is used by 100s of institutions, services, etc.

What else can I do? The O2 customer service is just fobbing me off, but I am not ready to give up just yet. Also I do not have the time to contact 100s of contacts to let them know my new number. Any tips on how to escalate or resolve this issue? Thanks all.

@Semiramissis

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
