Visual Voice Mail on iPhone

I have just changed tariff and now find my visual voice mail (VVM) has disconnected and my custom greeting deleted. I have tried everything I can find to reconnect it but nothing works.

I have recorded a new greeting via the dial up connection and reset it to default. Nothing. On the iPhone there is no option showing to record a greeting now.

I have dialled 1750 & 1760 a number of times to disconnect and reconnect the mail box. Nothing.

I have rebooted the phone a few times after. Still nothing.

This is extremely annoying and I want my VVM back please!

Sound like in the change your have lost the idata bolt on. O2 handle iPhones differently to other networks and have special settings.

Ring Customer Services and tell them you have an iPhone and to set your account accordingly
