Is anyone else having trouble with their My O2 account? When I log in my device is no longer attached and when I try to add it I see a completely different email and phone number is now set up on the account and I'm told my device is associated with another My o2 account? Clearly they have messed something up here and it seems quite concerning with data in mind...

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
