All incoming and outgoing calls are turned off as are messages. How do I get in touch with 02 to reactivate my phone? Any number associated with them just cut off instantly.

@M3ltdown2k14 If you only recently paid the bill bear in mind that it can take 24-48 hours to clear O2's account. Your service won't be restored until the payment clears.

Sorted now. I went through Skype like suggested above. It was paid 5 days ago, something was stopping it from unrestricting their end.
