I have applied twice to unlock my phone, receiving a message telling me that further instructions will be provided by text or email within 7 to 10 days. I have not received any text or email.

Thanks jonsie and Enlli, as you can imagine I've already tried the usual methods but finally got some progress over the phone so it's moving forward.
