Solved: Unlatch my device

I am needed to unlatch my device and it is showing network provider sim locked. I have tried to request unlatch but because my number on my SIM card is not o2 number it won’t let me unlatch the phone. I need to be able to put my sim into the phone I have which is currently locked to o2.
