Hello, does anyone else have the same issue downloading bills from last year?

I have tried via the iphone app, and an Edge browser and a Chrome browser, (clearing all cookies and with / without incognito mode) all with the same error.

What i am doing:

  • Once you log in > navigate to your phone (i have a couple phones in my account) > Billing > Billing History.
  • This gives a page with an option to filter old bills, and further down lists all the old bills.
  • Bills issued in 2024 have a big blue button to "View Bill" and a link underneath to "Download PDF" which works perfectly.
  • Bills issued in 2023 or earlier have a big blue button to "View and download bill", but none of these work, it just opens a new tab in the browser with a "Error 500: java.lang.StackOverflowError"

Does anyone know of any other way to access previous bills? or when this may be resolved?

thanks

@spud10001

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
Thanks

Hi MI5

i have spoken to the folks on 202 who tried to email me the old bills a couple times, but they would fail with some internal API error they said. Last attempt was to print them and post them which I am waiting for.

I’ll give it a while then try the payment management number you shared.

thanks

Systems are all messed up currently @spud10001

It may take a while unfortunately.

Lots more gotchas post-360 migration, @spud10001 - different functionalities depending on app or web version of MyO2, historical bills and payment history, contract and order details from previous years... All over the place, tbh: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/My-O2/System-360-User-MyO2-quot-Your-Bolt-Ons-quot-view-differs/m-p/16...

Did you ever get this resolved?

I have the same problem now, and it's August.  I see you posted in March.  The error message I get is they are working on it and to call but two calls later and I still haven't received the bills by email.

Thanks

Bills prior to last Oct, when I was moved to the new 360 back-end system, are still unavailable on my MyO2 via web @CRG - and current bills won't download on App, but do on web MyO2.

Likewise no contract details, and different views of your bolt ons on App (correct) vs Web (missing 3 bolt-ons). Bit of a fustercluck all round, really.

Their cavalier attitude leaves a lot to be desired, certainly, @CRG 😒
