My husband cannot make a call to my new phone, he gets the message line busy when its not.His number is not blocked on my handset. All other calls and his WhatsApp calls and texts go through. I can call him.

Resolved! Getting spammed by O2 and calling 2220 to opt out is not working

I am constantly get spam text messages from O2 which I never asked for! And it's impossible to stop. The message says "To stop texts, call 2220" but when I call that number I just get "generic error, cannot verify your number now". HELP!

My number has been ported to o2 today from Vodafone. However I now have two signals- Vodafone and 02. Will this rectify itself? I thought providing o2 with my PAC number would cancel Vodafone?
