Hi,
I have two PM phones on one email address. When I log into Myo2, I can only see one of the phones. I have no way of accessing the other phone. Virtual assistant and 202 were unable to do anything. I want to upgrade, but without being able to log into my second phone account I can't do anything. I can't seem to do anything.
Is there any way of separating the accounts or being able to differentiate the phones?
How is it possible to have two accounts on one email address, anyway?
Hope it makes sense and thanks for any help.

Since the "upgrade" to O2s systems only one phone per email is at present the state of play.
You will need a separate email not used before with O2 and get O2 to register that to the other phone.
You will need to contact them by phone or social media
