I am trying to transfer my number from my old device to my new one as I have upgraded my O2 contract, but it is not working.

Just put the old sim in the new phone, there is no need to faff around with anything... 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
