Super slow internet speed in 4G

I cannot even connect to internet by using O2 network on my iPhone! Only 4-5mb/s in 4G???

Average is around 2mbps so you're above that.

You might find 3g is faster though as it's down to network congestion.

4G average is 2mbps! Is that official I wonder, I cannot get through internet in 4G and because the speed is around 2mbps? thank you for the information. But What is 4G network for?

Of course it should be much quicker than that, but O2 don't have the bandwidth and the network is oversubscribed in most areas.

They are seriously lagging behind with network investment and expansion.

If you want fast speeds, go to EE, but you will likely pay much more for the service.

Thanks mate, I need to change then as why to use a mobile network cannot connect to the internet all the time. Even £1 for unlimited data is useless! Thanks O2!
