Sorry can’t connect abroad

My data roaming is on and data is working ok but when I try to make a call it says “sorry your call cannot be connected” any ideas?

Have you 4G Calling enabled? In some countries where 3G has been turned off their can be problems.

Try manually selecting a different network or, if possible select 2G only when you try to make a call

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Yeah I’m dialling correct number… they are numbers saved in contacts and have international code

Turn 5G off. O2 do not have 5G roaming in many countries.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

In your phone settings menu and look under network and sim settings.
