I have been having ongoing/several months problems with signal quality and am largely unable to make/receive calls whilst in my office. Post code E2 9.. in London. Away from this post code signal is acceptable.
Making any kind of contact with tech support through 202 difficult as has been up to 45 min wait time.
Any help explaining whats going on would be appreciated. Unsatisfied customer.

Suggest you check first https://status.o2.co.uk/ to see if there are any problems in your area
Would be worth downloading the My Network App where you can keep an eye on things and report problems
