Phone signal not working properly. Saying I have 4g etc and full bar but then telling me I have no Internet connection or not registered on network. Struggling to connect calls. I have reset phone settings, manual apn, reset connections, master reset phone still not working. I put a sky sim in and it worked no problem.
Any suggestions? Feel like my contract should be cancelled so I cam move on as I am not getting service I am paying for

If you put a Sky SIM in and it worked then it's not a network fault.
Could well be a SIM problem.
Call into an O2 shop with photo ID and get it swapped. Or if your phone does ESIM then do a SIM swap via my O2
