Hello
My SIM Card is stuck in my old phone. The piece of plastic that is used to extract it is broken.
My first thought was to siwtch to eSIM, but in order to do that, you need the SIM number that is on the SIM, whihc is not accessible.
What can I do?
Thanks

You could get the phone repaired under warranty and ask O2 for a replacement sim
Or go to a mobile phone store to see if they can remove the dim carrier for you
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I didn't need the long SIM number when I changed over.

It's unlikely, but do you have the box and packaging that your 'phone came in ?
Is there a SIM package therein with the number on it ?
