I had revised a new iPhone threw o2 as my insurance was cancelled paid as tho I had insurance as one of the workers spoke to the manger I got a new iPhone 14 pro max smashed it once again after 4 days 🙄I sent it off to be repaired quoted me ?£700 saying it was in repairable and that apple domt do 3rd party replacements🤷‍♂️So I rang someone else expanded the situation they said it would be £5.40 as they received the wrong phone I had sent back that was ment to go to insurance now I, being told that’s not correct surely they can’t say £5.40 then say that’s incorrect ?

@Shaquille371

That makes very little sense to me.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
