Travelling in the EU zone and for the last 2 days my phone won’t register using my o2 esim. A uk ee physical sim in the same phone registers and works fine. O2 support promised to get back to me within 24 hours. That’s has passed and they aren’t replying to a new support chat.

Sounds like you need assistance from one of the Forum's O2 advisors, @DTabroad - tagging @O2Sarah- who should hopefully be in contact with you here on the forum after 8am UK time.
Meantime, the Guide: Roaming MegaGuide may offer some advice and things to check, and make sure your phone is using the correct APN settings for the type of phone and service (contract vs PAYG).

Thanks for the response. Sadly the phone is not even registering on any mobile network. No networks listed in the select networks option. So I think the SIM is not linking up somehow.
