Problems with My O2 account

when I log into my account it says: ‘you don’t have any products or services’?

This is not Customer Services, but a Peer to Peer forum, so no one will call you from here. 

If this is a business account then you need to call 8002 from an o2 phone and they can assist. 

 

Also please remove your mobile numbers from your post, as you are liable for anything that is charged to your account by scammers as you have posted your numbers on a public forum.
