I have a rolling monthly contract recently migrated from Virgin to O2 and wish to migrate that number to a new phone/sim deal just taken out on O2 - I keep getting customer service telling me it’s done and then to wait 24 hours - now just been told it’s not possible. Who is correct? Thanks in advance.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Oh right - sorry! I’ve called numerous times and been told yes and no - seems it’s no as after each successive 24 hour wait nothing has changed. Wonder if anyone out there has managed it!

Hi Richard MP. Did you get anywhere with this, as I am in exactly the same situation and am getting no help from the 202 customer service number at all. They either don't understand the issue or give me contradictory information. Thanks. Jim
