On Wednesday 6 days ago I joined o2. The sim came very fast the next day but several calls later no sms to give me my port date or confirmation that it’s started.
today I lost my original phone number around lunch time. Since then keeps saying you have dialled incorrect number.
Having lost the phone number unexpectedly is not acceptable and it will be almost 24 hours I have been out of reach.
please help

Hi have exactly the same problem with two numbers that should have, according to Virgin Media and O2Care have ported over on 31st October. Is there any way you can check if my numbers are being processed? Thankyou.
