Hi, recently moved my wife's number [5 days ago] over to O2 from Vodafone as I upgraded her phone and she's not receiving all text messages, texts from Vodafone user not coming through for sure, but the most frustrating one right now is a verification text code from her banking app not getting through, so can't set that up for her.
Rebooted phone a few times but still the same, everything else works as expected.
Please help, currently wife is not happy with me and life is not good!

I feel your pain but you're not alone.
It's just one of O2's latest in a long line of failures surrounding number porting.
You'll need to speak to O2 to get it sorted though.

Having exactly the same problem today - does anyone know how to get this fixed? Local O2 shop were very helpful but couldn't fix. What should I ask Tech Support to do when I get through to them?
