I have not been receiving incoming calls and text since my old number was ported from Virgin Media to O2 (as part of the virgin-media bundle).
I have tried customer service at least three times and the online chat support. All they have asked me to do is to restart my phone and try the sim in a different phone. I have done these n number of times now and that has not resolved the issue.
I am able to make calls, and data is working.
The issue is a major hassle as I can't receive authentication codes from email/hmrc/bank websites.

The normal route for this OTP, one-time passcode, problem is via the O2 Social Media Team, links just below this post, @Scoon - but as it seems you may have already tried them, from your comment above, perhaps it is time to call in the O2 Advisor on duty this morning, @O2Sarah- - keep an eye on your messages here after 8am this morning, and good luck!
